Agreement

These terms are between you and [company legal name] (CIN [CIN]), registered at [registered address] ("we"), for the use of PocketBiz. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you may bind that business.

The service

PocketBiz helps small sellers manage enquiries, orders, payments, services and follow-ups, and, when connected, bring messages from WhatsApp and Instagram into the app as leads. Features may change over time; some described on our pages may not be available yet.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you add to it.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful business, and only to sell goods and services that are allowed by law and by Meta's and WhatsApp's commerce policies.
• Do not send spam, harass people, or contact people without a lawful basis and any consent the law requires.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, or to see another business's data.

Your customers' data

You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and any needed consent, to hold and use your customers' information in PocketBiz. We process it on your behalf as described in our privacy policy.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Meta

Connecting WhatsApp or Instagram means you also accept Meta's terms and policies for those services. Meta may change or limit access, and we are not responsible for outages, limits or decisions on Meta's side. You can disconnect at any time.

Fees

Any trial, plan and price will be shown before you pay. Third-party charges, such as message fees charged by Meta, are separate unless we say otherwise.

Your data when you leave

You can export your data at any time. If you close your account we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. See Delete my data.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service running and backed up, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Support is by email at [support email].

Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others or the service at risk, and we will explain why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit or sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell signed-in users about important changes. Indian law applies, and the courts at the location of our registered office have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you other rights.
