You can ask us to erase the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how, and what happens.
If you removed the app from Facebook or Instagram
When you remove PocketBiz from your Facebook or Instagram settings and ask Meta to delete your data, Meta tells us automatically. We then disconnect your accounts, erase the access tokens we held for them, and remove the stored messages and files received through those accounts within 30 days. You will see a confirmation code and a link to check progress.
If you have an account with us
Ask below or by email and tell us which account it is. Business owners can also ask us to delete the whole business.

Or write to [support email]. We will confirm your identity, then erase your data within 30 days.
What is erased
- Access tokens and links to your Facebook or Instagram identity: right away.
- Stored messages, photos and voice notes received through your connected accounts: within 30 days.
- Business records such as orders and payments may be kept where the seller or the law needs them, with your Instagram or WhatsApp identifiers removed.
